What types of air conditioners without an outdoor unit does PlanB offer?
We primarily install mono and multi-split air conditioning systems with condensing units installed inside the building. The type of condensing unit will depend on the specific installation requirements.
What is the difference between an air-to-air and a water-to-air air conditioner?
The refrigeration circuit and the operation of the air conditioner are practically the same, but air-to-air units will use outdoor air to exchange the heat necessary for the building to be air-conditioned, while water-to-air units only need to be connected to a water source to achieve the same result without external communication.
How long does it take to install an air conditioner?
Depending on the size and complexity of the system, it can range from 1-2 days for most cases up to a week for more delicate installations.
What warranty is offered on installations?
In addition to the statutory warranty on products and installation, PlanB adds a 5-year product coverage within its "Concierge" ordinary maintenance package.
